Our standard turnaround is within 1 week from the time we receive your instrument. For time-critical jobs we offer express service on a case-by-case basis, and we always confirm the exact timeline when we provide your quotation. If you have a hard deadline, just let us know when you send your enquiry and we'll work around it.

Both are valid, but they serve different purposes. An accredited certificate carries the SAC-SINGLAS and ILAC MRA marks and confirms that the calibration was performed within our accredited scope — this is what you need for audits, ISO compliance, and export documentation. A traceable certificate is based on the same ISO 17025 principles and uses the same calibrated reference standards, but without the accreditation marks. It's a cost-effective option for internal use when you don't require the formal marks. We'll help you choose the right one based on your needs.

Yes. Our mobile team is fully equipped with traceable reference standards and can calibrate at your facility anywhere in Singapore. On-site calibration carries the same SAC-SINGLAS accredited accuracy as work done in our lab — and it saves you the downtime of shipping instruments back and forth. Calibrate before critical testing or production runs where accuracy matters. Calibrate if you suspect the readings — unusual values, drift, or inconsistent results are clear signs. Calibrate after any incident like a drop, impact, or exposure to temperature extremes. And calibrate on schedule based on your quality system — most companies work on an annual or 6-monthly cycle depending on usage.

Every certificate we issue includes the instrument details (make, model, serial number), the calibration date and recommended next due date, full measurement data showing as-found and as-left readings, measurement uncertainty values, the environmental conditions during calibration, and the traceability chain to national or international standards. Accredited certificates also carry the SAC-SINGLAS and ILAC MRA marks. Everything your auditor needs, nothing missing.

It depends on how often the instrument is used, the environment it operates in, and the accuracy required by your quality system. Most companies calibrate annually, but high-use or mission-critical instruments may need 6-monthly intervals. Manufacturers often provide recommended intervals, and industries like aerospace and pharmaceutical typically require stricter schedules. We're happy to advise on a suitable cycle for your specific equipment.

If your instrument is found to be out of tolerance, we'll notify you immediately before proceeding further. Depending on the instrument, we can often adjust it back into specification and issue a certificate showing both as-found and as-left readings — so you have full documentation for your quality records. If the instrument cannot be repaired economically, we'll let you know and recommend a replacement. We never proceed with additional costs without your approval.
